The UMaine Food Science College Bowl team did a fantastic job at the regional Institute of Food Technologists’ competition hosted by Rutgers University this weekend. The UMaine team beat teams from Cornell, Rutgers, University of Massachussetts, and Penn State, and will now represent the North Atlantic region at the Institute of Food Technologists national competition
