Candidates will be considered through a nomination process. Up to four recipients may be selected in a given year.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Nominee Eligibility<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Must be designated as a classified or professional staff member of the college or the organizations it oversees. This includes a wide range of positions, including administrative and technical support, farm and forest field positions, food service and mechanical positions, postdoctoral positions, and others.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Continuous employment in the college for at least one year.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nominee is not a past winner.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Staff awards committee members are eligible for nomination but will be excluded from voting.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Who can nominate?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All college faculty and staff are encouraged to nominate co-workers, supervisors, direct reports, and colleagues who provide exceptional service.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Selection criteria<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Dedicated to customer service in all interactions, including on- and off-campus contacts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Committed to service that exceeds position expectations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fosters a positive work environment and demonstrates exemplary professional character and behavior.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strives to support the teaching, research, and service goals of the college.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrates teamwork and collaboration within their unit, throughout our college, and\/or across the university.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Finds innovative ways to solve problems and shows resilience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Process<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The AY25-26 nomination form is available&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/forms\/d\/e\/1FAIpQLSdtB5Ybsh7FWoUtZpuX2OvvKbHORlZDKMAqSsNxPgCtnlhGTw\/viewform?usp=send_form\">online<\/a>.&nbsp;No separate formal letters are required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<style>.wp-block-kadence-spacer.kt-block-spacer-113_76db94-2f .kt-block-spacer{height:60px;}.wp-block-kadence-spacer.kt-block-spacer-113_76db94-2f .kt-divider{border-top-width:1px;height:1px;border-top-color:#eee;width:80%;border-top-style:solid;}<\/style>\n<div class=\"wp-block-kadence-spacer aligncenter kt-block-spacer-113_76db94-2f\"><div class=\"kt-block-spacer kt-block-spacer-halign-center\"><hr class=\"kt-divider\" \/><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Selection Committee<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>A committee of staff members, nominated by unit leaders, is convened to develop and oversee the awards process. The committee will use the above criteria to identify the top nominees and recommend recipients to the dean for final
