Silka writes BDN op-ed about constant change
Linda Silka, a professor in the School of Economics at the University of Maine, wrote an opinion piece for the Bangor Daily News titled, “Change is a constant. Here’s what we should all know about it.” Silka is a social and community psychologist. She also is a member of the Maine chapter of the national Scholars Strategy Network, which brings together scholars across the country to address public challenges and their policy implications. Members’ columns appear in the BDN every other week.
