UMaine Center on Aging cited in BDN article on volunteering in 2017
The University of Maine Center on Aging was mentioned in a Bangor Daily News article on New Year’s resolutions for older adults. According to the article, many groups hope Maine baby boomers and seniors will consider volunteering for a worthy cause in 2017. The UMaine Center on Aging’s Encore Leadership program provides training and support for volunteers and organizations across the state, the BDN reported.
