Henry named new director of growing GSBSE program
Clarissa Henry has been involved with a doctoral program at the University of Maine, the Graduate School of Biomedical Science and Engineering (GSBSE), since its inception in 2006.
As the newly appointed GSBSE program director, Henry will implement strategies to facilitate growth and maximize efficiency within the program.
The Office of the Vice President for Research and Dean of the Graduate School continues to support the GSBSE as they recruit outstanding students and world-class faculty, increase awareness and provide the necessary support for Maine’s biotechnology industry.
Henry, an associate professor in the School of Biology and Ecology, came to UMaine in 2004 and has amassed an impressive portfolio of research projects and publications.
